	FCRA CERTIFICATION

CHARDEP has been permitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India to accept and utilize foreign contributions under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976. The registration number 075840043 has been allotted on 08th April, 2004 to the organization.

	FORM 12 A CERTIFICATION

CHARDEP has got Income Tax Exemption under Article 12A & 12AA from the Income Tax Department, Government of India, New Delhi due to its charitable nature vide letter no: 464 / 33 / 04 – 05 / CIT – 1, dated 30/11/2004.

	FORM 80 G CERTIFICATION

CHARDEP has got 80 G certificate from the Income Tax Department, order no: 464/33/04-05/CIT-1/MDU, dated 07/02/2007. Persons or Organisations from within India, making a donation to CHARDEP can get a rebate of 50% from his/its taxable income.
